Karen is a Minnesota Girl at heart, as she was born and raised in Brooten. She moved in 1977 with her parents to Lynden Washington.
She worked as a chairside dental assistant for the same dentist for 31 years. From there she worked 8 years as a Life Enrichment Director in a retirement community which turned out to be the best 8 years of her life!
Karen been a leader of women’s ministry for 20 years and loves connecting women and creating fun events for them.
She enjoys watercolor painting, walking and coffee dates. Karen and her husband David relocated to Eagle Lake 4 years ago this coming June.
