Debbie Ardoff is a native of the Spicer area and works at Ridgewater College as the Executive Assistant to the President. She is also a proud Ridgewater graduate! Debbie and her husband, Aaron, have two daughters, two sons, three grandchildren, and one grandchild due in January. She is excited about joining WIN because of the great work we do and the amazing women she will get to spend time with while making a positive impact in our community.
