Tanya Dingmann and her husband Adam live in Belgrade with their amazing kids, 4 horses, a chocolate Lab, and many barn kitties. It’s a priority for Tanya to adventure as a family and enjoy the gorgeous sunsets of country living. Her career includes leadership and business operations, currently 13 years at Westaff, now Market Manager serving the Willmar and St. Cloud locations. Tanya is also the founder of Equine Inspired Soul, privately offering mindfulness workshops facilitating human growth and development in partnership with her horses. Since she was a little girl Tanya has always been fueled by making a difference to create positivity even in the smallest of ways. Welcome Tanya!
